4 Thumann's Natural Casing franks
6 jumbo eggs
1/4 cup milk
1/4 lb. shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 lb. shredded monterey jack cheese
Slice Thumann's franks into 1/2 inch pieces. Cook on medium heat, stirring often.
Whisk 6 jumbo eggs while adding in milk in bowl. Whip until frothy.
Pour egg over and around hot dog pieces.
As eggs begin to firm, add in both cheeses and stir until cooked.
